Mike WoodleyTo highlight a few of this positions, he for four years was the host of WCCO radio’s “Sportsnight” program and was a part of WCCO’s broadcast team for the 1991 World Series Championship broadcasts. Mike was also a hockey commentator for CBS radio’s Winter Olympic coverage in 1992 and 1994. While working for KCBS radio in San Francisco, Mike and his colleagues were recognized and honored with the George Foster Peabody Award for coverage of the “1989 Earthquake World Series. As an accomplished voice talent, Mike voices several commercials and television shows including Destination Polaris and Due North. Since 1999, Mike has been the co-host of NCAA Division two Northern Sun Conference television show on FoxSportsNet North and Is on CBS Sports Network as a announcer for special events such as Softball and Snocross. Mike is an emcee and organizer of charitable events.
