AM Theater Show is Back

We’re excited to announce our next Theater Show, happening on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, at our NEW venue, the Masonic Heritage Center in Bloomington. This year’s theme is “One Hit Wonders,” and you’ll enjoy spectacular performances from both professional and amateur dancers.

Tickets are $75 per person, with 100% all proceeds benefiting Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.) Help us reach our goal of raising $35,000 for this incredible cause!

We can’t wait to see you there!

About

The AM Charity Fund was founded in memory of Jesse E. Smith, who died at the age of 37 in 2006 from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Jesse was an incredibly talented teacher who later became a studio owner with his wife, Lynda Smith. Jesse and Lynda were also U.S. American Style Ballroom Champions, receiving four U.S. titles. Jesse was sought after worldwide as a dance performer, adjudicator, choreographer and coach. He was a phenomenal instructor, husband and father whose love and gift of teaching and dance was contagious.

Pictured is Jesse with his daughter, Elyse Smith (now Arthur Murray instructor & studio manager), at a dance event in 2004 and Jesse with his wife, Lynda Smith, competing at the United States Ballroom Championships in 1994.
